the community.
New groups, day and evening, are now in the
process of formation.
Join other mature adults to discuss changes,
challenges and life transitions associated
with aging. Several
groups for men and women are currently ongoing.
Participation in a supportive group can reduce
isolation, loss
and depression and help generate new ideas
and creative ways to improve the quality of
life.
