After these unimaginable past 18 months, we should consider the wisdom of Hafiz, the great Persian poet. “It’s time to remember so many things we’ve forgotten in this last year.”
TMCC invites you to a free one-hour experiential event that offers mindful learning and meaningful connection as celebrated author and therapist Dr. Elisha Goldstein shares science-based research on the benefits of cultivating mindfulness. Included in the 1-hour event, Dr. Goldstein will lead us in a guided practice and answer all questions in a Q&A moderated by Bonnie Goldstein, PhD.
Whether you’re a mental health practitioner, community member, or parent, all are welcome! We invite you to share this event with your friends and family.
