Individual Counseling

Individuals from all over Los Angeles County rely on The Maple Counseling Center because of its outstanding reputation as a quality provider of low-cost mental health services. Issues such as depression, anxiety, relationships, grief or loss, eating disorders, and addiction are addressed in a therapeutic setting. Please call the Center to discuss your concerns and to determine how TMCC’s services may help you.

Couples Counseling

The Maple Counseling Center is also known for its Couples Therapy Program. Couples meet in a private therapeutic setting to discuss their relationship issues with trained counselors. Please call the Center to discuss your concerns. Through couples counseling, couples learn how to communicate more effectively, have a better understanding of their partners, and become a more cohesive family unit.

The Maple Counseling Center offers a variety of ongoing, insight-oriented therapy groups. Currently, we have mixed groups for adults, an LGBTQ-affirming queer person’s group, and a therapy group for gay men. These groups can be a potent and transformative addition to individual therapy, as well as a rich healing experience on their own.

When you join a group at the Center you receive the benefits of individual therapy, plus much more. You will have the opportunity to work on life issues in a safe and supportive environment, you will learn more about yourself and others in ways that can enhance your life, and you will have the opportunity to practice new and better ways of relating with others.

Our groups are led by skilled clinical associates and trainees who are receiving special training and supervision in group therapy, in addition to their training in individual therapy.
