Kathleen Kim has been a practicing Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 20 years. She has worked in a variety of roles in community mental health, which include compliance, quality assurance, client care, clinical supervision, professional development and leadership. Kathleen also headed the clinical division of a group practice where she played a key role in the continued development of quality of care, clinical competency and best practices standards.
Kathleen has served as a clinical director and chief compliance & quality officer for mental health organizations and was responsible for the management of clinical services, quality reviews & audits, service delivery and government contracts. Kathleen earned a master’s degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in Marital and Family Therapy, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from University of Southern California.
